m12i5098ySketch (mostly used for UI, but works as well for entire websites), but it's only for Mac.

I really like just doing it in the browser and sending screenshots or url if shared box. Kind of weird I do mainly print design but cannot stand designing a site like that.

If you've used Ps for UI design all your life, Sketch is like a breath of fresh air! There's also Adobe Xd which is cross-platform.
Framer is great and I use it instead of Principle for prototyping.
