I’m seriously considering leaving my current team or even resigning from the organization altogether. I don’t blame anyone— I understand that managers have their own deadlines to meet and have to answer to their superiors when things go south. I have indeed developed a thick skin by getting used to all this shouting/blaming the last 3 months. But yes, I seriously don’t think there is any point in taking this anymore. It’s not good for my mental health.

My question to all of you is, is working at smaller companies better in regards to this? (I’m working at a big corporation now). And are they more unstable than bigger companies? (especially in times of COVID)

Like everywhere. It depends. Keep searching, you'll find some company that's about right for you. Some are so chill, you'll start wondering if there is more in life.
    Some are a complete trainwreck.
    Some are golden nuggets.

Big corps may be undergoing top level management changes due to some of the major regime changes occurring. Pay attention to who resigns and where. You may be seeing shit rolling down hill from that. Or it just might be a shitty place to work.
