Yes, we can do almost anything you want.
"Can we have it ready by last month?"
No.
"What about 2 weeks ago?"
Not feasible.
"Yesterday?"
Sorry I don't think we can.

For real though, how do you deal with unrealistic delivery expectations? I'm not sure if I'm supposed to keep saying no to everything, or if they keep asking in hopes that maybe this time it'll be ok.

    I love when excuses are made: “How are they supposed to know how long it takes if you don’t help them understand?” No, I’ve fucking explained this to them. They just don’t like the answer.
