How do you lower the level of stress, without rubber duckies, stess balls and other material stuff?)

    Deep breathing, focus your mind on something else or talk to a friend if you can

    Chocolate 🍫?
    Seriosly now - I've been there yesterday. Some music done it, but I didn't return to work after that 🤕

    @tamar well, the worst thing is I've got an allergy from chocolate :p
    Music helps, but temporally)

    Music, time out, meditation, friends, exercise, chocolate :)

    @croccifixiogo i exercise for 4-5 hours a day) it helps for that period, though XD

    I don't really buy in to all the hurrdurr, but this guy shows in practice and explains it extremely well.

    Exercise releases endorphins which make you feel good. I find it lasts a fair while too and if you do it regularly you can actually become addicted to the feeling and will feel a need to exercise when feeling down or stressed. I don't think exercising with one hand is the same though...
