I still feel it would go much faster if I just do it myself.

group thinking is a fascinating and frustrating topic isn't it?

There is always some narcissist with a strong desire to shine while contributing nothing to the project.
Then the others follow the narcissist in the hope they can slack off. And then there is the anti everything guy who makes every topic a personal drama.
And then there is the quiet type who just under promises & over delivers and the narcisit preys on that person and claims the work for his own.
