Description
Applicants can apply through this portal irrespective of education, just pure skills & curiosity. Space organisations can have a look, choose them for various research projects(may be going to space!). Application can be done through the portal and Space Organisations can add a questionnaire in that as well. These organisations can host various events: webinars, quizes, workshops.

    @mash97 may be build the project to a good level that might attract other developers to help. I do have a few friends who are enthusiastic to work on this after their office hours.

    @Nickpalmer @nine : The first step is to identify the list of cities around the world, where you want to outsource. Generally people use following parameters to decide where they want to outsource:
    Your average budget and average salaries of developers in cities
    Your preferred language and popular spoken language in cities
