They hire you as an intern and then they make you work like a Tech Lead.

Hired as volunteer, junior, etc., expected to perform like a senior. That describes pretty much every job I’ve ever held.

@Root too many chances to learn but not that much matured mind to handle it all.

Yup... our company would love us all to be interns...

@eo2875 will you hire me? I can work as intern for 6 months and if you want to make me handle project like PM then I will be okay😋😋

I know that pain. At least I learn a lot, which is useful for future jobs. That said it's still bullshit.

I relate so much fam!! I'm an intern and I'm currently building a system that should be used by the 10,000+ employees who work in this company. I'm enjoying the work because I love writing code, but I wish I could get more experience working on currently implemented systems and in teams. Solo work is great, but it teaches me nothing about teamwork. Nonetheless, I'm still pushing code to GitHub, creating issues and closing them, as I try to do my best to learn tools required for teamwork.

@sulkysheer I also had to make a chatbot for ecommerce site while being an intern. We can learn a lot but very less about teamwork.

That sucks but you seem to have the skills for it so do it for a month or two and cash :)
