@vintprox it doesn matter my ugly face tho. The most important is I got Ubuntu ...
-
@Fast-Nop Why so? I need to know.... I use Ubuntu because I used Ubuntu before I switched to MacOS (for developing stupid iOS Project) now I'm switching back.

If you're a UI junky, but still like Ubuntu, get kubuntu, with its KDE plasma, I run shaders as a wallpaper xD
-
Yes, I think you can do the same in Ubuntu, right click the desktop and find something to do with the desktop plug-ins, find a plugin similarly named shader wallpaper, and get a ps4 home screen animation, and you will be okay.

@johnmelodyme Mint doesn't come with snap, i.e. there's someone to have an eye on Canonical's sometimes questionable moves, and it's a bit more rounded than the Ubuntu it is based on. Stuff that works for Ubuntu also works for Mint, of course. I like the default Cinnamon desktop pretty much.

Running linux on mac it is like running PHP server on Windows.
You can. But should you ? -
@NoToJavaScript
Yes, you should
Apple's hardware is often overpriced (depends a bit on model/year), but it's not bad hardware.
I hate all latpops, but Macbooks aren't complete utter shit tier.
Out of the 6 laptops I've used over the last 2 years... My ranking would be the System76 Lemur, Macbook, Lenovo Thinkpad X1.... then nothing. The Dell, HP and Asus laptops aren't worth talking about, they all should be thrown into a volcano.
(Side note: The Lemur I'm currently using is actually phenomenal. €1700 for a laptop with 40GB Ram and a 7gbit/s 1TB drive, holy shit.)
OSX is shit though. Experience is subjective, but anything you don't like about the OS, you must live with, because you sure as hell can't change much.
So, yeah, Macbook with Linux, hell yeah.
Wouldn't be my first choice for *buying*, but if your employer tosses you one and doesn't mind a void warranty (Apple is a bitch), why not actually turn it into something nice?
So pissed with MacOS , installing Ubuntu instead .
Don't take it personally yea for those apple fan
