I wanted to play games today. simple mission. i was playing for two hours and somehow i ended up writing a webapp to help me with my taxes based on data from my firefly-iii server 🤔

why can't i sit down and just do nothing for a day 😅

I’m the opposite! If I’m gaming programming or productivity in general doesn’t mean shit to me lol. If I could get paid to play games I would take it

If nothing you do is fun, literally doing nothing might work instead.
Try meditating, lying in the bed, watching stars or clouds, or staring at goats for some hours...
If that is too boring - try looking at art, listening to classical music or reading dime novels instead.

Be productive. Games will not bring you cash unless your a pro gamer

If programming involves ripping intestines out of demons or crushing their skulls with a heavy stomp it would be much more rewarding but that doesn’t profit lol. Drinking and gaming is the way to live! Ah i love alcohol especially when it’s in me

@d-fanelli As an Arch user running most of my software fresh off git, killing daemons is a regular daily chore.
