I would say Vue as it compliments existing technologies, is lightweight and fast and keeps seperation of concerns.

Deffy1188yYeah, like the others mentioned. This is Kinda like asking what the best drink is. All the frameworks offer something. I personally prefer react, but vue is also a good alternative. If you want more of a MVC look at Angular. Want something that has been on the market longer, look at ember. I would do some research on the spesific use case you are Working with now.
