    Honestly, I'm tired of overdosing on caffeine to get through studies or work or just because I like it or whatever. I have like a (very) small cup of black coffee or green tea at max, otherwise it's water. You don't need to hammer your body with the stuff all the time, it feels much more wholesome when done in small amounts.
