@3rdWorldPoison i would go for "how to ask a technical question in a useful way", since the problem tenda to be not lack of politeness, but lack of info needed for the fix.

@Midnight-shcode I'd do that if these people could be rationalized with. And tbh at this stage of management this should be internalized in them. At that stage it's common courtesy.
But I catch your drift. Of course the content of the reply email consists of my favourite issue templates across GitHub (and probably a much lesser offensive tone). -
or (yeah, juat joking now) :
"FIX THIS!"
"NO."
"why not?"
"because your question provided as much useful info as my answer"
PLEASE FOR FUCKS SAKE DONT JUST EMAIL/MESSAGE ME YOUR ERROR AND SAY
"FIX IT " or "WHATS WRONG"
WITH NO FURTHER CONTEXT !!!
then when you respond to me asking
"can i see the code ?" 18 HOURS LATER
AND YOU RESPOND WITH
"it's closed source"
PLEASE DONT GET SHITTY WHEN I TELL YOU TO KINDLY FUCK OFF
