Is there anyone else who works at a company that takes longer to plan sprints than the actual sprints?

Sounds off to me. Where I used to work it was 1 hour planning meeting and 2 week sprint.

How about neither? Seriously, no joke! In my company sometimes we have 1 or 2 short meetings on something we need to develop, only to find out in two days that we have no data, then all work stops while we wait on data... so no planning, no sprinting
