I have a co-worker that sits near me for the last 4 years, and every time that I'm on the phone or talking with someone he is like "shhh! Do it somewhere else!" :S

    He's right to an extent. Unless it's just quiet conversation relevant to your work

    If it's work related then I use the landline at my desk otherwise I use my mobile in another room. So as @jlav215 said it's fine if it's work related otherwise I would agree with your colleague.

    @theImposter Work related! Supporting a customer for example, or brief another team member, things like that.. WTF? If you can't concentrate with a little bit of noise then take a 💊 or something..

    There was no offense intended, I agree there is nothing wrong with work related calls at your desk.

    These guys are everywhere. I get that a lot too, especially considering the fact that this guy does have a beats headphone.
