macOS is POSIX compliant, Windows isn't. Pretty big difference, but only actual devs will know what that even means, not end users who just click around in apps.

@Allen-Edward It has nothing to do with being a student. There are some school pupils here who know a whole lot better than regarding a computer as a bunch of "apps".
