When smaller web sweatshops try to under-quote to get your client to jump ship.

Boy, oh boy! They are in for a nasty surprise. Good luck fellas!

This might be bitter in the beginning. But don't lower your rates just because of the competition. Most probably your client will have a very hard time with the cheap shop and ofcourse will realize the value of quality service. These stupid cheap web shops tend devalue the market though. Fucking pricks.
