Can anyone else spot the irony of this mail about the new Jira Service Desk?

    Atlassian's commitment to his clients is more or less equal to the effort i would put in trying to build a website in pure assembly: ZERO.
    I worked for a company that used to fear every Confluence update because usually that meant disaster and waiting for an hotfix (or just implementing a workaround)
