    Last time we deployed on a Friday night, we were still around on Sunday night making it work - but this was expected - there's was a hell of a lot of migration to get through🙃

    @AmyShackles radically changing systems and business processors usually doesn't end well making it go live.

    @C0D4 well, if downtime or a longer period of lower performance is expected, then a friday deploy could be warranted, but as you say, only if you already know you will be working weekend. :)

    A CD pipeline would make Friday deployments trivial (assuming you already do CI)
