@kamen Sadly no, sorry.. I just wanted to write I'm vegan, once..
I'm actually not a vegan.. π€£π No offence meant to real vegans, I admire y'all how can you resist the eggs & cheese & bloody steaks... -
The ridiculous thing is, Arch has long passed the point where it's impressive to use it. When there was only the tiniest of communities and sod all documentation that was something, but now it's just another distro.
-
@AlmondSauce It is a very DIY distro though. I mean, running arch is a piece of cake, but installing it is a learning experience. Especially since if you mess it up or get unlucky in the hardware support lotto you're in for a lot of reading.

iiii92264y@Lor-inc I've successfully messed up Ubuntu in first two hours. And I've used Arch for a year as well.
I dunno how that works. -
@iiii There's one key rule with arch. Don't do partial updates. Ever. There's also that you shouldn't interrupt pacman, but mostly you can get away with purging the partially installed package and nuking the cache. (Or even skipping the latter, since everything is checksummed.)

hjk10157314y@iiii did he do it in a way it was in context? (That is what we look for in our enlightened)
