Is there a lesson that you need to keep relearning?

Mine is: Never ever ever trust the data. Never. Even if your mother entered the data herself, don't trust it. Quarantine it, scrub it, and check it for errors. There is no white list.

    @SirusAmory this is not related to statistics or distributions. Addresses from an internal sister application were found to be incorrect. It was sending the name of client A and the address of client B. Now the PM wants the name and address request checked on every incoming request and a log maintained each time they don't match between apps. Ugh.
