@AkshayTolwani Even if a 5 year old kid can code like an adult, companies will prefer adult. Hiring kids has no benefit. It's just that they learnt early. Child prodigies are exception. Hiring is much more than just coding, they need experience, how will kid manage with adults. The best thing they can do is let him complete his education. Even if this was real, it would only be a PR stunt.
