As in "explain the steps exactly so I can unfuckup the mess in reverse" or "nice! I had a solution mind, but you did it in a way that I didn't think of and would like to learn"?

Don't diss people who are trying to learn.

Also in corporate world people who are put to "train" most likely able to code but not to train anyone. There are tossers, but I wouldn't put someone in that category based on them asking a legit question.

As in "how did you do that and how did you eff this up like that" combination of both.
