What answer are you expecting to get? There is nothing you can gain from asking his employers this question.

They'll hate it cause if the employee left to another company it would be like advertising that company

That being said, a question I like to ask is "for you, what's the biggest problem in the company?". You often have surprisingly honest answers! -
