@F1973 Some corporations ask too much at times... but I find a STRONG unwillingness to say no / walk away in Developer land too.

Gute Besserung! (best wishes)
That's why I don't take stress. If bad planning leads to deadline problems, I don't care. I do my job, but I don't tear myself apart.
Btw., my guess is that you're in Damp right now. ^^ -
gruff5574yI have faith in my colleagues to fuck things up, I run out of fingers to count the shit they cause

@SortOfTested Actually, more like a rehab clinic. The hospital is where they treat the actual heart attack and e.g. do surgery, but you can't just go home like that afterwards.

nibor48774yI'd call it a convalescent home.
Hope they look after you well, and you recover completely. -
@Fast-Nop
We just funnel all money to the hypno-choad and give them our children/future state children as payment. #Freedom #Liberty #We're#1#InFailingAthealthcareEducationHumanDecencyLogicReasonSanityEtcEtAl -
arekxv10544yWhen they say that they need something fast, just ignore it. They always need something fast and its always you who needs to do it fast.
Just set the normal time and deadline and add breathing room time like normal and say that that is the minimum and fastest time. Their mismanagement issues are not your problem.
They will chop it up into phases or parts and they will look like they did a good job managing the fire and you will look like a hero who worked hard and fast yet all you did is your normal work without stress.

Now i'm here at a health-care-hotel (dunno what it's called in english) for 3 weeks relaxing and doing programming w/o being stressed at all. =)
