@F1973 just read about it . Except some, all the signs are true for me . Adding to those , I also feel so lonely . It's like I don't like too much loneliness these days , on the other hand I don't like too much chaos . And also I'm a introvert .
-
@F1973 I took the tests and I'm all fine. It's just being stuck in home for 7mos , I lost my flow . I think .
I can't get out of the place I'm in rn . My parents and everyone lives here . -
@Dellexa Yeah exactly , it's like sometimes I get that mindset to do something but after that it vanishes .

When I used to feel this way, I began a practice of saying out loud the things/people I was thankful for every morning after I woke up. If that doesn't work, keep a reminder of why you do what you do close to you, look at it when you sleep and when you wake up. Maybe a picture of your wife or daughter or parents or someone else very important to you. Something like this. It may not seem like much but it can help.
Depression happens when we are all caught up in our own heads (that's why it comes so coupled with loneliness). These things help you to get out of your own head and remind of you of the world around you. Hope it helps! -
Take a break. You deserve it!
You are atleast aware of what's happening to you than many others who don't even realise.
Get back when you feel like. Forcing yourself is a waste of energy and emotions. A week of self care and rest will keep you going for the next 4-5 months! -
@A4Abhiraj already tried taking a break for a while but that didn't helped me . It's like I got caught up in a loop or trap of this lousy anxiety or whatever it is .
-
@spantheslayer well you could keep trying doing something even when you don't feel like and then end up in despair, or actually plan a proper break, go out enjoy, finish watching a series, hit the gym, meet people or do whatever you love and atleast you'll feel good about yourself. Sometimes that is what you need. Perhaps your last break, you kept thinking about work. Don't feel bad about breaks. They are necessary.
-
@A4Abhiraj yeah one thing you said absolutely right that I keep thinking about work . Let's see anyways ... ;

@F1973 wow! Thanks!
https://mayoclinic.org/diseases-con...
I started reading about SAD and was like: this is not me... And then boom!
Last two weeks explained so well! Eating carbs like there's no tomorrow and other things!
Now I have to read what to do to help....
Any tips? -
@F1973 I've been taking a huge dose of Vitamin D supplements.
because in case you don't know its almost the cure for Covid!
and I was hoping it would help indirectly. seems not really. also, from today on it will overcast most days... 😢😬 -
Forgot to say: 5,000 IU every other day.
Theres no studies on overdosing on Vitamin D3.
The first study that proved that Vitamin D3 helps A LOT was just done but many already knew since March!
The study: https://youtube.com/watch/...
Another one: https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/327...
From April: http://irishhealth.com/article.html...
More:
"A retrospective study found that for each standard deviation increase in serum vitamin D people were 7.94 times more likely to have a mild rather than severe COVID-19 outcome and were 19.61 times more likely to have a mild rather than critical outcome"
20x more like to "have problems"! 😱
The original paper moved and I cant find a valid link but: https://twitter.com/foundmyfitness/...
Also, look at the data and you will see Nordic countries are having more deaths, also black people dying way more!
I've been meaning to write a post on this... Hopefully, these resources help someone!
Lately I'm getting no motivation to study or learn anything or do anything programming . Idk what happened to me.
Trapped into listening music and thinking to get up and do something but can't.
