@penless DJGPP is still compiling on my host after like 4 hours now, and it's a decent machine.
@SortOfTested File handling in QBASIC is... bad and flaky, from experience.
so i need a utility written in C because MS-DOS but i can't figure out how MS-DOS APIs work and there's no docs available so if anyone has used Borland C i'd be grateful if you could help me out on how the hell anything works
