What's so wrong with just saying "my phone" instead of saying "my IPhone"?

    Nothing. Really.

@Ashuu my friends and coworkers emphasize that "I" whenever they talk about their phones...

People usually just say phone if they have a shit phone, like they talk about their car if they have a shit car.

    Because elitism.

Because they have to say that they have an expensive phone? :)

@dance2die they also emphasize the "900€ I paid for it" I guess :P

I have a programmer colleague who's had iDevices since they were introduced, and he still hasn't removed the "Sent from my expensive iThingie" that iStuff adds to every mail sent.

When replying to his mails, we always end them with "Sent from my X" where X is something like Remington Rand, Data General Eclipse, Univac etc. He still doesn't get it.

@dance2die oh really... cuz like they're fucking god sent phones? They're not. They're just phones. I can show you how my android is better and say android everytime i talk about my phone. But it's not good. This better thing is subjective. For me a android is better. For you an iphone. They're not god sent. Not the android. Not the iphone. So don't u sick fucks.

@Grumpy omg... lol. He's either so proud and blatant or he just never noticed.

But... but... but... someone might not be aware that they have an iPhone :P

I have an iPhone, it's just another phone to me. No use in emphasizing anything really.

@jacojvvdev it's wise to consider it for what it is. Phones, like you said :)

@Ashuu they try to show they paid 900 while the reality might just be a payment plan ;)

@uziiuzair payment plans are the worst part of high end phones :/
