Apple screwed up with Epic proportions

They applied the rules consistently, which is an improvement for them. Epic was just picking a fight. They are in no sense "the little guy."

Epic knew exactly what they were doing, Apple called their bluff and welcome to the shit show that has manifested.

I agree Apples 30% is steep, but at the same time it could be be changed to a per user model which would kill the indie devs.

Now to sit back and enjoy the movie with this bucket of popcorn.

Apple did nothing wrong. 🤷🏻‍♀️
Epic, on the other hand, broke their contract and expected to get away with it.

I could have said that Epic tasted the forbidden Apple, but that sounded less funny 😅
