Developers aren't built to stand up for hours ,😅

I cycle it, at my day job i design so then i stand for 8 hours also helps not get to agitated when customers come in cause then no need to get up. But at night again I prefer coding sitting down. also seems to affect my focus. Sitting can get you lazy, standing can make you feel "overworked"

I actually prefer coding while standing.

I got a variable desk not too long ago and I feel like I cant concentrate as well when I code while standing. I haven't moved it from the sitting position for weeks.
