No. Don't write comments except is absolutely necessary!
Your code will change and some comments will not be changed and get outdated. This will confuse the shit out of everyone trying to figure out what happened afterwards.

I try to do so, but when you are working in bigger teams, there's always THAT guy.
i think clean code is much more important than comments.If your whole team focuses on that, you won't need a lot of comments anyway.
