faptain7614y@anup-dhabarde good use of your time will be, making some stuff with python or practicing some problems in python.
-
@faptain wouldn't it be a good way to show it to your prospective interviewer. + Wouldn't it make you stand out from rest of the lot.
-
faptain7614y@anup-dhabarde a prospective interviewer is more important in knowing that can you get "shit done". And by making(complete) stuff, you stand apart. Anything else is bs. You can get fake certs easily in bangalore. Certs are fun but not a job guarantee. They should also not be the motive to learn something.
-
@anup-dhabarde a good way to standout from the rest would be build something with it, that does something useful. Rather than having certs which is nothing but paper weight.

@anup-dhabarde No. not at all. I’ve been interviewing people. All that matters is what you’re talking about and if in doubt, I just let them work for a day on a random project/feature.
From my experience, I usually don’t give you a chance, because most of the people who have certifications and brag about it are usually the most annoying people who just annoy me and dont get the job done.
I hire you to take work away from me, not to give me more work. -
Certifications are a dangerous thing.
They essentially state that you can reproduce knowledge in form of simple facts.
Dangerous because reproduction doesn't mean you understand the answers. Nor that you can apply the knowledge.
