I'm the maintainer of the Godot Engine package in AUR, some users have commented on the package that they would like to see it in the community repo of Arch Linux, but I have no idea how that is done.

You could contact a Trusted User. I think they need to vote you in and they could tell you how all that works. There's a list of TUs on the wiki.

Nothing makes me feel more like an arch user than telling people to check the wiki.
