Probably a lot of you can relate, which is "it is easy to implement such a tiny feature, how could it possibly be difficult" from a PM that has never programmed before...

    Fortunately we don't have those types at my workplace. Must be because the founders were developers.

    "Look, it's simple. It's a splash image, a text box, a submit button, and a button that says 'I'm feeling lucky.' Then all you have to do is find what they're looking for. This can't possibly take more than a day."
