icycrash6854yLuckily it's not possible to overdose with it. Most people are against it but whiskey works for me to finally fall asleep.

Most melatonin is dosed too high (at 2 mg) - 0.2 mg is better than 2 mg when you want to just sleep the night and not be drowsy the next day as well. On the plus side it's quite harmless (not really possible to OD with serious adverse effects), but I wouldn't recommend to take it every night long-term.

joas19424yYou shouldn't lay on bed for too long. Your body gets used to staying awake on bed. Your bed should be dedicated for sleeping. Go do something else since you are awake and come bed to try again when you feel sleepy.

icycrash6854y@Fast-Nop it may not be the best sleep but it is some sleep. I don't recommend it as the first thing to try, but it really does work. Just don't over do it to the point you need it always.

hullu1986624y@saucyatom Also when microdosing (0.2 mg), it's good idea to take it couple hours before intended sleeping time. This way it has time to work
