I hate the meetings, let me code for once!!

Thanks for raising this issue with us. We'll arrange a meeting to discuss planning the meeting where we'll talk about you wanting to code more.

And while you are at it, spend another hour of your day logging what you did in 15 minute increments so we understand where your time is going. Then I will set up a meeting where we can discuss it, say changes will be made, but of course nothing will.
