Run a mile whenever you see something like this. Contrary to what might make sense, the longer the list of ridiculous requirements the worse the job (in compensation, promotion opportunities and general interest) is likely to be.

I transferred over to CS and got the module list and it was all really general shit that was not what I imagined. Put my transfer in to go back to web the next day. -
I mean, I check all those boxes, but what it boils down to is "Single white company LF full stack webshitter for some no-strings-attached devops"

That's an ad for an entry front end position, nothing more.
What point makes you think to "Whole IT team" ?
They only ask if you can do reac, if you can implement external API (google maps etc) and if you can do Pull requests correctlly -
RhymeZx18464y@akshar I'm not been stereotypical, but I need to say this, I once applied to an Indian company, when I got the assessment plus the call of duty schedule with respect to the deadline for that assessment, I didn't bother replying that email.

Why put the CS degree there in the first place, I think 3 years is enough "related experience" -
one person, even overworked from constantly doing paid overtime, costs 1/team_size of the price of a whole team, obviously.

akshar23434y@Root Every other IT company claiming to be the leader in Blockchain, yes. They share updates for new job opportunities as discount offers. :/ "Grab your seat"?!? And the cringe "HR stories". Hiring is somehow synonymous to shopping for them, adding "resources" to cart.
There are good ones like Pentagram that share their work with no spam. Or IDEO that shares thoughful articles.
But maybe just like every other dev. has this opinion for HR, they might also have some interesting thoughts about us devs. 😅 -
