When you ask for a screenshot of an error and the client sends you a blurry photo of their screen...

Or an image so small you can't read what it says -_-

Or when they say ok but you don't get a screenshot at all.... so you call them back and they inform you that they didn't know what you meant and you have to talk them through sending said screenshot 😔

@thmnmlst I actually had something similar happen recently. Working in tech support, a client sent in a picture of some hardware by holding it up in front of his laptop and taking a picture while staring creepily into the webcam
