This is probably true. Yet I wonder what the idea of a perfect database would be?
I think there are plenty of "perfectly fine" databases though. As in "it solves the modeling problem it was employed to model". -

Wouldn't know, I don't use them aside from micro-orms. Graph dbs aren't technically object-relational in ORM sense, they're pathwise and statistically related.
Neo is a great tool for certain classes of problems. Def recommend some intro to graph theory before diving in though:
