Smoke a bowl before bed.

I think I remember someone share the trick to sleep on the battle front. I forget the source.

1) Lean on the place which can support your body weight (tree,bed,--etc)

2) Relax your shoulder

3) Close your eyes

4) Good night

Fun fact : The reason we count "sheep" while trying to sleep is because the word "sheep" sound similar to word "sleep" which I think acts as self hypnotism.
