I'm really sick of people saying "WE USE SCRUM" like that was the solution for their shitty code or their "business core"

    "WE USE SCRUM", usually followed by "but" where they explain they don't do Scrum at all.

    Stressing out developes with daily status reports and treating estimates as hard deadlines every other week is NOT Scrum.

    We use SCRUM and backlog scoring points, but we add aditional abstract deadline because.. why not?
