    Was on my previous team.
Not so much at this new company.

At quitting time I said to a guy I work work with: "The boss isn't here. You can take the rest of the day off." He replied: "I was waiting for someone to tell me to go home."

Yes! Humour provides many workplace benefits. Laughing and joking can strengthen mental and physical health and promote social bonding, which in turn can boost productivity. It is essential for employees to know how to enjoy themselves, even if it is a case of making the best of a testing environment.

Not really. I prefer it that way, the line between playful banter and bullying is a bit thin, and not always obvious.

The day gets old and stale without it.of course you need the team dynamics to actually get away with it otherwise it can be a slippery slope.

Always. That’s how I work best though, it helps with the mayhem imo.

Absolutely. We all make fun of each other and ourselves. But we've been working together for a year and a half so we've gotten to know each other well enough to see the difference between humor and sincere dislike.
