Does this even exist anymore? I thought everyone was expected to be full stack for half pay. That's what I am.

This is almost accurate, if you counter in that the front enders (that is, modern front end like react or angular) :
- Won't read the documentation.
- Won't use the security measures you put in place for basic web security.
- Complain they can't use it on sites it was never designed for.
-Blame you when the fronyend goes wrong and clients complain.
