Give python a try, if a scripting language is also fine. Lots of tutorials, good ressources. It's also easy to learn if you are new to programming.

@deman I have searched a lot over the google and find this was trending in USA because of some government agency has crashed in their system but this should not be a trending languages.

I can't tell you the best language to learn (regardless of covid) but given your listed skills of "C++, Python, C, PHP, Django" I would say go for Go(lang) [https://golang.org/]!.
It's powerful, quick, and you can drop-in C & CPP in a neat way (CGO). Have fun.
