I feel lazy to debug and refactor the function. Most of the time it becomes more optimized too.
-
No, the refactor is my favorite part. It's the crust on the bread, it's the meat in the potatoes, it's the cherry in the old fashioned. Find someone like me to do your refactoring 😀

Having to refactor stuff is the result of me having been lazy. It's a vicious cycle

@SortOfTested It can be elegant and endearing but I sometimes don't feel like it. :P

@CaptainRant
I really love expansive refactoring. Changing things to be generally better, while having better functionality is great. Not just in code either; my ex and I used to do a lot of twin turbo and track-ready setups for vehicles (turns out mech.e and cs.e is a great mix). We'd take some boring piece of shit like a skyline gts-t or a 260z or a stock mustang and turn it into something beautiful with a nearly flat torque curve.
Which I think sets the tone for refactoring in general to me: if it doesn't make it better for the user, it's not valuable. -
@SortOfTested If you find those cars 'boring pieces of *bleep*', then my car is extremely boring, hahahah. I have a 60 HP, 1600 lbs city car.
