Lol it could be called the "PM Pen." They can talk amongst themselves and they also get peppered with the top rants about PMs.

Maybe instead of a test we can add a checkbox, "are you a super awesome PM? (If so, you get +50)" and ya'll know what happens when you check that box...

I think it would be enough to restrict those who don't pass the test from commenting/posting, but still allow everyone to see other users' rants and comments

+1 for the idea. Actually it should not be so easy to join devRant. If this app gets populated with no-coders and noobs then no point for this app.
