Must be because of Corona Virus panic, assuming the comma there doesn't mean the usual decimal dot

I've seen plenty of local ads like this - it's usually selling, renting, and the price is the selling price, not price per month. It's either that people are too lazy to write ads properly or there's something wrong with Facebook's marketplace.

That is a good price for a house like it imho.
