I'm a windows newby, any suggestion for cloning an ext4 disk partition?

At the moment I use cygwin and dd.

    Your method works, and the speed seems normal.
    If you prefer graphical interfaces you could use Win32 Disk imager or Rufus.

    There is a tool called etcher - similar to rufus.

    If it must be under Windows, I second the recommendations of Rufus or Etcher.

    Otherwise, Clonezilla.

    @Parzi AOMEI? I've seen it, it appears to be free (as in beer), but honestly I don't trust it, it's just a feeling…
