Are you looking for local jobs? Or planning to use English as a working language?
-
ElPapi422395y@electrineer hey! sorry if i have some misspellings! i write fast and some times i dont double check
-
ElPapi422395y@electrineer but yes, right now im only capable of work remotely. the local economy here is destroyed and here are no tech jobs anymore. Most devs here work remotely, they dont have other options.
-
@ElPapi42 do you search from Spanish-speaking countries or English-speaking ones?
-
First: I love the username.
Second: It is going to ve extremely hard for you to yse that skillset and get paid what you deserve in Venezuela my man. Is there a possibility of you moving to Mexico? Look at the emergence of develooment jobs in Guadalajara Mexico and follow this dude ob FB known as Don Chambitas. He is always posting good resources for Hispanic devs, some jobs even provide relocation means.
I just don't see a future for you in Venezuela. Y me duele mucho tu situacion. -
ElPapi422395y@AleCx04 My username has some good stories behind! thanks
Right now my personal economy is not in my favor for reallocation, i was planning to do it when i got some job, but right now is impossible for me :( i will check Don Chambitas, maybe i can found something for me.
I know here i have very limited options, in fact i can only work remotely, and with lot of stuff against me, but i have no other option, i must keep going forward from where i am. Gracias por tu apoyo! -
@ElPapi42 I imagined that your capital wouldn't allow relocation man:( but some companies are willing to pay for it! don't despair and keep trying!
I hope you get a chance to move out soon! Si quieres hablar mas de esto buscane en telegram por mi usuario AleCx04. Suerte! -
s-aargh825yI worked at companies that paid for the interview travels and relocation. Pretty neat and weird (I am a local but they mostly get people from far away like Brazil).
Think about it :) -
ElPapi422395y@s-aargh im interested in that option, but i at my jobhunt y never see one of those! im not a senior, maybe they offer that option to Senior Devs
-
s-aargh825y@ElPapi42 I'm not sure how to DM here but could send a list of some companies or websites. E.g. linkedin has a list of vacancies
-
ElPapi422395y@s-aargh Check WeWorkRemotely.com awesome jobs there, or you want to share one with me?
-
s-aargh825y@ElPapi42 A yes, didn't bookmark that one, thanks!! I wanted to share this one remoteyear.com, I believe there are more :)

I was looking for job from some months to now. Im Junior, I know Backend Development and Machine Learning. im very well skilled in this subjects, currently im developing a deep learning model and deploying trough tensorflow serving and a Flask API. Im feel comfortable doing this, and i like it, but, this seems to no matter for any startup or company, i send lot of application and got zero response. it is frustrating because i feel capable of doing stuff, but that no matter to anyone. Really disappointed
