I personally can't stand to sit/work in silence, so I always have some music going, which cuts out all the other idiots around me jabbering about shit I don't care about in the least.

But if silence is your jam, I'm sure those would work out well for you

@digital216 I work with loud music, I don't need noise canceling headphones if nothing is louder than my music.
I fact, some of the time I actually listen to Noise, where's the fun in canceling that.

But talking around me? Ugh -_-

I'm in my 30s and wear hearing aids (profound/severe loss). Silence is just a switch away. I sleep really well too.
