At least I managed to make a screenshot of the genuine ++ amount. I was already at 668 when I looked again but apparently deleting a post will also delete the connected upvotes. Nice

Besides @catgirl 's awesome response, you could set a script for devRant.com (don't really remember, I'm on mobile) that finds the number container and makes its inner text '666'.
